The TIG-250PC welding machine is an IGBT inverter welding machine. It is a type of inverter arc welding power source specifically designed for TIG DC welding using high-frequency or LIFT impact. The minimum welding time is 1 millisecond, and the maximum interval time is 10 seconds. By adjusting the welding time separately, different welding requirements can be achieved. The instantaneous impact current can reach 220 amperes, and the minimum welding capacity is 0.1mm plate. The manual arc can weld (acidic, alkaline) welding rods.
This inverter welding machine has the characteristics of high speed and precise adjustment, which can achieve excellent welding quality. In the pulse output mode of argon arc welding, TIG PULSE is generally used for welding alloys other than aluminum and magnesium. The current is alternately output, and the frequency duty cycle can be adjusted according to actual needs to minimize tungsten electrode loss.
The arc concentration is good, the heat output is small, the melting depth is deep, and a neat corrugated weld can be formed.
Cold welding output mode can be used for welding alloy metals such as gold, silver, and copper.
Accurately control the energy output during the welding process, so that there is not too much energy acting on the workpiece, and adjust the welding time and interval separately.
CLEAN is used to clean the weld seam of stainless steel metal, making the welded workpiece more beautiful and aesthetically pleasing.
